Map of Newbieland

Newbieland is the starter realm for new players of 3Kingdoms, once you're level 5 you can enter the other realms. Newbieland has a multitude of areas to explore, fight, and even quest in. If you're brand new and not sure where to start, make sure to check out our Newbie Help page! It includes 3Kingdoms FAQ as well as information regarding the Adventurers Guild (the guild you're in by default).

Don't forget about the <townportal> command, which will bring you back to the Center of Town (CoT) if you get lost while exploring!

Some areas below offer 'quests' (on the mud, type <questlist newbie>). Note that the < > symbols (or even the dark gray colored < > do not need to be typed on the mud, they're only listed on this site as an indication of what can be typed on the mud. Quests are not required, and we know quests aren't for everyone, but we do recommend giving them a try. They really help you learn the stories around the mud; additionally you'll earn quest points to eventually gain the rank of High Mortal, <help hmpowers>.

To fully access Halfway's Space Station, once you enter the mirror from the Newbie Tower, wait a moment and then <board shuttle>. The shuttle will bring you out to the space station (just make sure you <exit> the shuttle when it's arrived, otherwise you'll just travel back and forth on the shuttle ...over and over again).

Once you've arrived on the space station, your directions are not the straightforward n/e/s/w. You'll need to choose docking area's, hub, ring, bays, and more, to travel to. Make it to the top of Halfway's Ring and you'll be able to gain access to the Command Center; whereupon you'll meet the nasty Roberto Spigalo, and besting him will gain you a passcard. This passcard can be used to access the bayward area from the walkway.
